We offer the short and long-term hire (from 1 night –
to 1 month) of luxury apartments and villas set within a peaceful
haven - 40 hectares of palm groves and gardens, but with the
added benefit of a host of excellent sports/facilities and entertainment
including pools, golf, tennis, horse-riding, children’s
club, numerous gastronomic restaurants around the resort and
within close proximity to the very cool chilled out beach club
Nikki Beach.
The development is located just 10 minutes
from imperial Marrakech (10 km) and approx. 30 minutes taxi
ride from Marrakech Menara International Airport (15 km) and
is worth the short transfer where you can relax from city
life and enjoy spectacular views of the summit of the Atlas
mountain range.
The story of the palmeraie is that, while laying
siege to the town, the Berbers fed on dates, scattering their
stones all over the barren earth thus sprung this miracle
of nature, the palm groves of Marrakech (about 150 000 palm
trees in all).
When the developer, Mr. Berrada first purchased
the land years ago, it was paramount to him in the design
phase that it remained respectful of the environment where
it is situated. |
